- Reconcile credit card batches and enter, deposit and reconcile check donations, notifying philanthropy team of any large-dollar or funder donations received
- Enter donations received by direct deposit into Salesforce and reconciling monthly to ensure that all transactions recorded in Quickbooks have been entered and recorded accurately in SalesForce
- Assist in tracking and spending down 60+ restricted grants each year
- Track and process payroll including 403b and H.S.A. contributions
- Person responsible for transition to online payables and time tracking platforms as well as the transition to a new primary bank
- Coordinate with Executive Director and board members for quarterly board meetings, arranging hotel and meeting rooms for in-person meetings
