  In Dr. Cihangir Duy's lab, I study the senescence and relapse of Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). I have extensive experience in cell culture with patient-derived AML samples, mesenchymal cells, and conducting drug synergy experiments to enhance chemotherapy effects. My research focuses on understanding AML relapse by treating cells with chemotherapy agents like AraC and testing drugs to extend remission periods.I perform knockdown experiments, ChIP-seq, and qDIP to investigate relapse mechanisms. Additionally, I conduct flow cytometry and cellular staining for AML CD markers, studying oxidation and reduction within cells.
