As a Territorial Sales Manager I am assigned to handle all accounts under my area which are Modern Trade, General Trade, Local Key Accounts and Institutional Accounts. My task was to penetrate the sales and distribution of the company. I am also handling the third party of the company which provides man power in line to Account Merchandisers. Securing all existing SKU's in every Modern Account I handled and always checking the proper alignment of display based on company standards. Effectively working with the opex vs sales by efficiently setting the merchandisers schedule to avoid over expenses of transportation of each of them, as their head I am also building a good environment with the team for them to work happy and inspired at the same time.. Mastery of products to be effectively aligned with what the customer needs especially in institutional accounts which are Hotel , Restaurant and Industrial.

As a Sales Manager I am assigned to increase and hit my sales target based on company requirements. Handling Local Key Accounts ( FSI, RCS Supermarket, Save Wise, NE Supermarket Chain, Mercury Drug Chain etc, .. ) I am responsible for handling different products since the company is a national distributor of different products. I am responsible for handling my merchandisers as well to secure the display , warehouse and avoid back orders ( Expired, damage, dents etc... ). Negotiate listing fees, distributors fee and even in-house merchandisers charges. Propose merchandisers manning that may lessen company expenses through right clustering of areas based on the area business. Accuracy of sales forecast is also part of the job to avoid company over expense and over loading of warehouse.
