I am accountable for achieving National sales and profitability goals.This role provides direction and leadership to the internal and external Sales staff while responsible for the customer satisfaction and market share within the Regional geography.I lead the Sales Territory Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.I evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of company sales and profitability. Disseminate information to sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations.

• Responsible for managing and training both front and back of house teams to consistently deliver attentive customer service, whilst meeting a range of competitive business targets.• Responsible for the management of stock levels, local marketing and finance, staffing, performance management and GP growth.

•Responsible for the design and implementation of a set of changes to the inefficient process flows within the Chassis Control Department. This included integrating the Chassis Control Processes into the companies MRP system to make them more efficient and less open to human error. •Assisting the purchasing department and liaising with suppliers in order to improve supplier/customer relationships at Ingimex and to reduce costs where applicable.
