This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to create quality strategies that support internal customer needs and overall business objectives by assessing Argon Business Practices for efficiency and efficacy and serves as the keeper of the eQMS solutions that monitor, analyze, and report on Argon's compliance positions. The QA Compliance Manager serves as owner and administrator of several aspects of the quality system, including but not limited to internal audits, supplier audits, evaluation of business and risk management systems. This position partners with plant Quality Managers to develop and implement eQMS solutions for data integrity, analysis and tracking in compliance with global regulatory requirements. Supports the Argon PRRC through execution of special projects as assigned; including the development of new monitoring and control programs required by evolving regulations.
