Sr. Estimator managing an in house team of estimators, as well as outside consulting firms efforts for a large scale capital project at Universal Orlando Resort. Develops scopes of work in conjunction with the project design teams to develop estimates through all phases of the project, from blue sky through bid level design and construction.
