As a Project Manager servicing eight centres within the Manufacturing and Materials Division where the socio-economic analysis, strategic and technology road map input were made to the management team and the Department of Science and Technology. While working with the policy centre, we produced a report titled: "2003 South Africa's Analysis on the Technology Road Map in New and Advanced Materials for Government of South Africa, Department of Science and Technology".

While winding up UNDP/ILO Project, National University of Lesotho-NULCONSUL,) requested to assist in strengthening their Consultancy Unit (NULCONSUL) where I completed a very wide range of consultancies, supervised series of student's projects, dissertations including the preparation of National Vision 2020, World Bank (WB) Lesotho Economic and Client Analysis, Agricultural Sector Report, and many assignments regarding Small Business Development. Also proposed the National Irrigation Policy and Development Strategy for Lesotho, while working for the Food Agricultural Organisation of the United Nations.

Liaising with East African countries and social partners in the development of programmes and projects. Provide technical, administrative, and backstopping of projects, programmes in East Africa. Liaison with other international donor-funded projects and programmes and mobilises resource for East African countries. To maintain contacts with relevant government ministries, international donors, employers, and workers organisations. Maintaining database and Information on programmes and projects.
