Responsible for analyzing and booking current months sales on all Oil, Gas, and NGLs for the Las Cienegas and Arroyo Grande fields ranging from 2-4 Million dollars. Works with Land, Production Accounting, and Marketing to create Journal Entries to estimate accruals for Las Cienegas and Arroyo Grande as well as properties in South Texas. Responsible for contractual volume allocation, recording of gas and NGL revenues, and disbursement of royalty burdens on a monthly basis. Work closely with Contracts, Production, Division Order, and Land departments to improve pricing and volume allocation processes in order to reduce variances. Book all revenues for non-operated properties located throughout the country. Works as part of the Vision Forward team to help with the transition from Excalibur Accounting software to Quorum Accounting Software
