Current• Designed valves and valve manifolds per customer and industrial specifications. Valve types included Reducers, Regulators, Reliefs, and Solenoid Valves. Products were engineered to withstand extreme environmental conditions.• Designed valve components such as bodies (pressure vessels), springs, piping connections, seats, solenoids, actuation mechanisms, and O-ring seals.• Created drawings and 3D models of valves using PTC Creo (Pro/Engineer).• Performed pneumatic flow, pressure drop, and force balance calculations for valves and manifolds using Mathcad.• Experienced in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and tolerance stack-up analysis.• Extensive knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly).• Wrote technical procedures, reports, test plans, and presentations for valves and manifolds.• Interfaced with customers to ensure the product’s technical, schedule, and cost objectives were met.
