Over the last 25 years in the tire industry I have worked in all facets of the business from delivery to inside and outside sales to operations management. Each and every position I have held, I have believed the number 1 key to success is to help your customer succeed. I have empowered my teams to focus on this same goal as our customers success is ultimately our success.For as long as I have been involved in leading a team it has always been my belief that the people I lead be involved and that they are looking to grow and be better for themselves. I prefer to guide rather than dictate, and encourage people to try new ideas and learn from results that aren't optimal. Whenever I move on from a position, it is my desire to see a team member be able to move up into that role knowing they are fully capable of doing what I did and more. The tire industry has never been a boring one, and I look forward to the new challenges that each year brings.
