• Working as a Process Technician III on a semi-automated clean room production line• Use of SPC charts to monitor and control the process• Use of automated reports to drive process improvements• Working with engineering to troubleshoot line issues: material issues, software bugs, controls issues, e.g., sensor placement and timings, robot points and speeds, tuning of vision grading software• Familiar with Epson robots, 3-axis linear motor modules, Imation bases, Montrac pallet system• Electrical circuit and FPGA design, simulation and testing using Multisim, MATLAB and SPICE in the classroom environment• Java, C++, VHDL, MIPS programming experience using object oriented and hierarchical design techniques• Novice PLC programmer, RSLogix 5000• Novice use of Solid Edge drafting software
