As a team, myself and four other students developed a strategic growth plan with financial projections for Modea to expand their services domestically. Components of the project involved doing a SWOT analysis on Modea and performing extensive research on their possible competitors.

Prepared diets, cleaned and maintained their islands, administered medication, provided enrichment, and shifted animals out in the morning and in at night.Also cared for over 200 animals in a 20-acre preserve area.
