I manage a team that consist of cashiers and return/exchange specialist. I am also in charge of handling customer questions and complaints. I addition to those two things I: Order supplies, write out break schedules for the entire front end team, keep the team up to date on new training and changes in company policy and I'm trained in multiple areas of the.

I did weekly maintenance of the printer and developer in the lab. I made sure the supplies were ordered and that we were ready for bigger sales dates (Christmas, Halloween, Easter ect...) I handled the training of all the newer employees of the lab and I created a communication binder that the store still uses today.

I scanned all of the low and empty product spaces to ensure that our counts were correct and that we were getting more product in to fill them. I also kept the aisles that were transitioning looking full, as we were loosing some of the old product and had not set any of the new yet.
