As a University of Essex Sports Therapy graduate and a mental health sufferer, I have a keen focus on inclusion to sport, as well as health and fitness. Therefore, I can aid members of the community into sport as well as providing advice and support when needed. Due to my own mental health implications, I have an internal driving force in aiding mental health sufferers in the community using health and fitness factors to help manage their conditions, in a way of which I have done so myself.With this all being said I am very keen to setup and support current and new community-based schemes, so if you have any questions, ideas or programmes that you would like to be offered to the community please don’t hesitate to get in touch with myself, or any of our staff at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to help.
