Appointed Queen's Counsel in 1991.Elected Bencher of Middle Temple 1996.Member of Inns of Court Conduct Committee.Mauritius Bar (1979)Qualified Mediator; member of International Trademark Association's Panel of Neutrals.Principal Author of The Modern Law of Trade Marks (LexisNexis) 4th Edition 2012 due to be published soon. Author of numerous articles on intellectual property related subjects, in European Intellectual Property Review and other publications.Specialties: Trade Mark law in particular; also copyright and other forms of intellectual property.
