- Responsible for automating many existing and new processes for various Temple entities, saving thousands of man-hours.- Wrote and automated several programs in C# for connecting to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud/SFMC platform’s API, that were responsible for the following: managing the flow of data between Temple’s network and SFMC; sectioning and disseminating the data throughout Temple’s SFMC hierarchy; and maintaining and updating the data configuration settings of that hierarchy.- Created and maintained both ends of a dynamic and versatile course feedback form system used by the vast majority of Temple students, faculty and administrators. The system was developed using a web front-end made up of .NET, JQuery and a RESTful web service, and Oracle and SQL Server back-ends- Authored several automated programs used to support the course feedback system that: updated course and student data; compiled statistical response data; generated reports; and transferred data between database back-ends.- Developed a SOAP API and several satellite processes responsible for transferring Med School application data between Temple systems and the American Medical College Application Service/AMCAS database, leveraging AMCAS’ own API.- Collaborated on an effort to get Temple student, faculty and employee data into the Rave Alert System, used for transmitting emergency communications via text and other means.- Worked with Ellucian Mobile product to support Temple University’s mobile app.- Maintained legacy applications written in Classic ASP, VB.NET, batch script, et al.- Completely rewrote an approximately 15-year old Help Desk-used website from Classic ASP to C#.NET. Help Desk uses this application to manage LDAP accounts for all of Temple’s users.- Consistently received high marks on performance reviews for my abilities to manage client relationships, provide technical leadership, and run large projects.

• I served as the lead and sole web developer for Maksin Management for several years prior to that company’s acquisition by AIG and continued as a senior developer after that acquisition.• Developed and maintained e-commerce insurance enrollment web application using ASP.NET. Maksin’s e-business income grew from approximately $50,000 a year to $4 million during my tenure. I was responsible for maintaining the company’s Paypal accounts. Established HTTP communication between Maksin’s website and Paypal’s Payflow Gateway in order to allow transactions to process between them. • Improved legacy web applications written in Classic ASP and VBScript by adding functionality or improving on existing functionality. These legacy applications included online account access to enrollment, claims and other insurance information. Users numbered in the tens of thousands.• Created Java applications on IBM Websphere server technologies. • Migrated website data from MS Access to SQL Server 2008.• Fully automated dozens of website and other business processes by creating custom java applications, saving Maksin 1,000 man hours a year.• Built insurance waiver application system with servlets, JSPs and DHTML. The application was used by tens of thousands of users annually.• Using servlets, JSPs and DHTML, designed, developed, and maintained a company intranet for Maksin, including a time clock piece, which was used by all employees.• Worked with and supported many of Maksin’s clients and internal departments, including Sales, Claims, Marketing, Accounting, etc.
