I was accountable for ensuring staff remained inspired and up to date on all things tech within a dynamic high footfall retail environment.I was responsible for data transfer, diagnosing & resolving problems.I have faced many challenges and came up with many solutions in order to improve the speed in time sensitive scenarios such as completing appointments within the allotted time slots.
