I have just over 12 years experience in the hospitality industry, ranging from associate to assistant manager in the first 5 years.My duties range from daily shift management and venue management to stock ordering and control,daily financial checks involving P+L reviews,risk assessing,cash control and employee retention etc .I have always strived to go the extra mile for customers in a professional manner and use my skills to problem solve in high pressure situations.I am eager to learn new skills to further my career or to change career paths completely, i believe the management skills I have obtained over the years would be an excellent fit for a wide variety of new roles , in my current industry or elsewhere. I deem my management style to be somewhat relaxed in the sense of I make myself approachable and open to colleagues to maintain morale. Even if it’s to just get something off their chest. But also remain professional and focused on the job in hand.
