- Helped launch 8 new sushi departments at all new store locations - this included training new employees on all aspects of the restaurant - trained over 50 new employees and sushi managers - maintained home store operations while launching new stores - home store maintained top 3 sales status across the entire company - over $20000 weekly sales on average.
