After thirteen years trading a multi-asset class macro strategy at both investment banks and hedge funds, I joined a Baringa Partners where I focused on business strategy, front office process change and market structure issues. I am passionate about supporting senior management and the front office the development and implementation of strategic, operational and regulatory initiatives. My work at Baringa included large regulatory change programmes, product governance, front office controls, specialist training, data and analytics, and target operating model work.
