I have served in solar 9 years. I learned from the Civil, survey, installation of modules, then racking using mulitple systems, QA/QC. Then electrical served with many great master electricians, I learned attention to detail equipment racking , installation of enclosures, panelboards, disconnects, multiple monitoring systems terminations of small and large inverters and communications. Small xmfr, large xmfr, stub up and pad set, writing up small contracts and workorders collection of coi, w-9 and safety programs. Execution of workorder contracts, pre -construction meetings, procurement and deliveries, reporting daily. Weekly internal meetings, problem.solving, review of civil, electrical.and racking IFC page turns. Working closely with sub contractors civil, racking and electrical. Sole responsible for permit building, electrical and swppp and electrical rough-in inspection and final inspection and building final. Also working with mulitple utilities on back feed, interconnect, and meeting with out side vendors, clients, sub-contractors to mentor, learn and teach and strive to be the best team. Always taking a step forward to make friendships or a strong bond with the people I work with. My passion and love for solar runs deep this comes from 22yrs serving in the United States army as a combat proven Infantrymen with mulitple tours overseas. That has endured real problem solving first hand and to deal with stress with calmness and reserve, but always finding a solution when I fail and then learn. I have high standards, integrity, loyalty, selfless-service, leadership, these are some of my personal values that I live by. I will work long hours to accomplish my goals, I will take late night calls, to correct issues as soon as possible. I will lead people under me to be mentored but learn apart of them that I learn. Always listen to everyone's thoughts to correct a problem. But in the end I am not a yes person. I will always do the hard right over easy wrong. Safety is life, limb or eye site is my charge to make sure everyone operates in a safe manner. If not you will be removed from my site. I do take part in as many morning safety briefs. I have seen my share of accidents and they all could of been avoided if we have high standards of safety and watch for compliancy. All hands on deck for tool talks and safety stand downs. I have dedicated myself to solar and I hope I find a company that I can learn and be a changer to push the company forward.
