• Coordinating with managers, using labor tracking tools, to ensure employees are on the correct schedule patterns• Completing and distributing reports as needed by managers and Corporate Offices. • Providing frequent and individual employee support, regarding payroll, benefits, scheduling, etc.• Facilitate a “positive” working environment through weekly activities, boosting both Human Resource (HR) Department and overall facility employee morale. • Ensuring data integrity in, and daily maintenance of, HRIS (PeopleSoft) systems• Organizing HR department records, employment files and maintaining operating status of office equipment• Developed a foundation understanding of company policies and with it, fostered an open learning environment for Amazon and its employees, optimizing their knowledge in these areas, and their potential to succeed. • Inter-related closely with employees, from a Human Resource perspective, by intermingling with staff, and probing their understanding of shift coverage, benefits, time keeping, and other critical topics. • Liaison with department managers and security for administration of badging process for building access and timekeeping.
