I led an effort to build out a BI department tasked with creating a new data warehouse that combined our internal data with clinical data from our provider network. The team was initially focused on program direction and business analysis with the technical work being outsourced to a vendor. The resulting data warehouse was built using SQL server and LogiXML as a web front end with single sign in using OneHealthPort.We eventually pulled the existing IT ETL team into the group and took responsibility for reporting and BI technical architecture for the entire enterprise. This kicked off an effort to consolidate our data platforms to reduce redundancy and modernize our solutions.
