Efforts ensured 383 tasks under 9 functional areas and 3 core jobs aligned to the Navy’s operational mission. This alignment validated the MT&E requirements to the resource sponsor and ensured funding of critical operational training.• Led OPNAV and CIWT through a review of the CTR A-School and core Occupational Standards that identified a significant gap in accession training.
