Contact existing and potential accounts to obtain authorization to collect GPS data on the premises.Market services offered by SkyHawke Technologies to potential accounts.Coordinate with the Quality Control Manager on where contractor services are needed in order to fulfill sales needs and expectations.Report on performance to the National Sales Manager.Follow up with accounts to determine satisfaction with our service and identify areas of improvement.Maintain spreadsheets and databases tracking surveys completed and courses left to be surveyed in order to obtain yearly goals.

Upload edited data files to the SkyGolf.com website for general download by customers.Learned and used multiple proprietary software programs developed to process GPS maps.Meet daily quota of GPS maps checked and posted to website.Analyze submitted data for errors and work with contractors to improve performance.

Take calls from customers regarding problems with SkyHawke Software, personal computers, or communication between their computer and SkyHawke products.Document issues and solutions to problems and report to Support Manager
