Detail Design comprising of:- Cable Schedules- Allocating I/O within the system requirements- Control System Single Line Diagrams- Power reticulation - Single Line Diagrams- Load Lists- Panel Layouts- Fibre routing and networking- MCC Control System routing- Schematics- Panel Wiring Diagrams- Instrumentation Hookup Diagrams- Instrument Data Sheets- Termination Diagrams- Loop Diagrams- Reviewing of Control Philosophies- Prepare specifications, scopes of work, tender BOQ’s and cost estimates- Determining cable/rack routing in plant structures and material handling structures.- Preparation of Commissioning Certificates for various projects- Sizing of UPS systems- Interfacing and controlling MCC starters- Develop Functional Design SpecificationOnsite Work:- Witnessing of factory acceptance testing (FAT's)- Witness or resolve C&I design queries or problems.- Calibrating of instruments on site- Commissioning of control network- Manage Contractors- Onsite commissioning of the design/plant- Transformer Installation- MV reticulationOther items include:- Interfacing with Vendors and suppliers to select best options/way forward- Man-hour estimates- Management of Drawing office- Pre-feasibility studies- PLC Programming Part time projects 10kW Grid Tie PV System including Energy Monitoring:- Design, Install and Commission5GHz Personal Wireless Network Link over +-10km- Design, Install and Commission
