As a Maintenance Supervisor for Rauch, I oversee factory-wide maintenance operations for an ever-expanding business. I collaborate with multiple outside contractors and manage daily planning for operational needs, while coaching my leads to increase communication, productivity and help them achieve their future goals. I have a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Boise State University, which helps me understand, work with, and lead my fellow peers to achieve our mutual goals.I have around a decade of experience in the USAF, where I have served as an Operations Manager, Facilities Manager and a Lead Stockpile Manager. In these roles, I have ensured the regulation, inspection, and improvement of the facilities, coordinated the inbound and outbound shipping operations of the munitions, and developed and maintained the safe and efficient storage practices for the assets. I have been awarded for my leadership skills and exceptional performance in professionalism and academics. I am adept at adapting to change, learning new things, and striving for excellence in my work.
