Parliament Hill is where started my career. I gained valuable political experience, and developed important skills, such as critical thinking, oral and written communication, and project management. After leaving Parliament Hill, I became a grassroots organizer. Managing issues, building relationships with supporters, and organizing fundraising events was my greatest contribution to the campaign. As a television producer, I observed political forces through the eyes of the media. Identifying and analyzing political news stories instilled in me a more nuanced understanding of critical policy issues and political climates at multiple levels of government. I also learned how to confidently present ideas and creatively produce multiple show segments under pressure to meet tight deadlines. I have developed an varying profile of professional experience. I am very eager to apply all I have learned in a political, public affairs, or government relations role.
