Large Format Sales District Leader

• Establishing and maintaining a positive relationship with store management in assigned accounts.• Execute timely product orders in each account while striving to maximize sales by obtaining additional opportunities in marketplace. Ensuring the prevention of out of stocks without excessive inventory.• Identification and communication of any competitive issues or market activities that could impact our business (i.e. pricing, store hours of operation, etc.).• Direction of the daily sales and merchandising activities of a group of Bulk Merchandisers, including merchandising in an account when apparent out of stock situations may exist before next merchandising visit.• Follow up on the performance of merchandisers to ensure that CCBCC quality standards are maintained.• Execute all job duties in a safe manner.

An Account Developer-Bulk represents the company as a professional salesperson of the bulk accounts in an assigned area. This individual is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals and achieving marketing and merchandising objectives in assigned territory by developing and maintaining a good relationship will all accounts. This position directs, measures, analyzes and manages the daily responsibilities and tasks of Bulk Merchandisers under their supervision.
