Hr Generalist
Current• Primarily responsible for managing Talent Acquisition process to address staffing needs through strategic sourcing, recruiting, staffing and on-boarding throughout the corporation.• Continually coordinate and attend college recruiting events across the country• Actively partner with HRD and VP’s to coordinate scheduling of interviews and initiation of background checks as needed.• Manage new hire process which can include coordinating relocation, providing employment/benefit enrollment forms and submitting/entering data into the applicable provider or databases.• Responsible for accurate record management for employee personnel and benefit files.• Assist HRD in areas such as, personnel matters, policy and procedure development and compensation data gathering.• Partner with employees, brokers and vendors to solve benefit issues that arise.
