CurrentI practice in all areas of labour, employment and human rights law, with a focus on employment law and litigation. I strive to solve complex problems in a cost-effective and reasonable manner. I have represented clients before the BC provincial, supreme and appeal courts, the Employment Standards Branch, the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal, and labour arbitrators.I regularly advise both employees and employers on agreements, policies, employment standards, termination of employment and human rights issues. I also speak and write on a wide range of employment and labour law topics, including delivering seminars and training to clients on all workplace issues.Although my practice is now focused on labour and employment law, I draw on my prior experience at a national law firm, where my practice included insolvency, debt collection, judgment enforcement, and general civil litigation.
