Performed technical requirements definition and management for the production plant design of the AVLIS (Atomic Vapor Laser Isotope Separation) Project at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, Livermore, CA. The AVLIS Project objective was to design a production plant using laser photoionization for uranium enrichment, to replace conventional gaseous.

• Provided engineering analysis and support for federal sector projects for the U.S. Department of Energy and the Department of Defense, with a focus on hazardous waste or nuclear waste treatment/management.
• Multimedia pollution prevention assessments at Hill and Peterson Air Force Bases.
