Customer Service Manager
CurrentAs a Customer Service Manager my number one job was to take care of customers and make sure they had a good shopping expierence. I also took care of the cashiers by making sure they had break/lunches at their scheduled times. I made sure that the customer service desk was able to resolve any issues that customers had. As a Customer Service Manager I covered customer concern in every part of the store so I had to have knowledge of all areas of the store so I could answer there concern. Though out my 6 years at Wal-Mart I was not only a Customer Service Manager, I was also a department manager, a cashier, I worked at the customer service desk, I would help unload the truck, I also helped in all areas of the sales floor.
