Profile bio

About Christopher Murdock

As a child, I always had a distinct passion for helping others in need. My dream is to one day be able to use that passion in my everyday occupation. This was my reason for choosing Mercer University and pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering on the Pre-Medical track and a minor in Business Administration. I have my eyes set on becoming an Orthopedic Surgeon and eventually opening one of the most helpful and efficient practices in the world. I am actively looking for opportunities in the medical field and any research opportunities. My favorite academic subject has always been mathematics for it being very concise and logical. The additional time I've had growing up was constantly spent on a court, field or wrestling mat, yet I have always had a special love for wrestling. The reason I chose wrestling is because it is the toughest and most demanding sport. Wrestling has taught me to deal with adversity and hardship. The lesson I have learned from it is failure will happen, but a successful man will turn those failures into future achievement. I have applied this philosophy to my everyday life and used these principles combined with opportunity to pursue my goals.

Listed skills include Teamwork, Microsoft Office, Public Speaking, Community Outreach, and 16 others.
