Significant contributor to the assessment oversight responsibility of the DoD Inspector General Agency (DoDIG) in addressing priority national security objectives that assisted in facilitating informed, timely decision-making by senior leaders of the Department of Defense and the U.S. Congress.Performed comprehensive evaluations of Department of Defense Programs to determine effectiveness in accordance with Council of the Inspectors General on Integrity and Efficiency standards. I have received laudable praise from senior agency leaders for researching relevant laws, regulations and policies for evaluations and assessments.

Responsible for the synchronized planning of operational logistics to multiple federal law enforcement agencies and DOD units conducting counter transnational threat missions involving narcotics and human smuggling across the continental United States border.Led and developed detailed logistical plans, strategies, training and procedures to initiate professional development within 2d Marine Division that resulted with increases in logistical readiness and training standards supporting key initiatives and policy.•Deployed twice in support of Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO) for Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and CJTF-Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA). For OEF, I was the Camp Commandant of Camp Dwyer, Helmand Province in charge of the breakdown and daily operations supporting USFOR-A operations. While serving in an expeditionary function in Africa, I was the Crisis Action Planner for the CJTF-HOA J3/5 who led the successful rewrite and implementation of the crisis response contingency plan supporting the defense of US Embassies in East Africa. Furthermore, I was a logistical instructor at African Unions International Peace Support Training Center in Nairobi, Kenya to build partner capacity in Africa. Led the assessment of United Nations logistical support to African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISON) while in Mogadishu for medical support,casualty evacuation, transportation, resupply, and maintenance.
