I have certifications with GM, Chrysler, Ford, Kia, Hyundai, Volvo, and have Honda, Mitsubishi, Subaru, Suzuki, and Toyota experience. I am proficient with CDK, AutoSoft, Reynolds and Reynolds and DealerTrack. I specialize in the preparation and collection of warranty claims for new car dealerships. Services include but are not limited to: claims preparation and entry, related documentation, claim memo reconciliation, and closing warranty repair orders. Services are custom tailored to each individual dealership, so turn around time is quick (in most cases daily). I am a 1 man operation. I only take on what I can do myself personally, no more. I unlike all other companies will come to visit your dealership in person from time to time for no additional charge. I do not know of any other company that does that.
