The energy industry has been at the centre of my career and is now at an exciting juncture with the rapid developments of energy efficient power generation, renewables and electric vehicles. I am proud to be leading Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA), the exclusive supplier of Cat® engines, generators and hybrid energy solutions in Australia, PNG and the Solomon Islands. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders is important to me. I develop a value-based culture of zero harm, respect, innovation, accountability and resilience and I have a passion for developing people through mentoring and coaching.During my career I have successfully led strategy development and implementation, resulting in increased customer and shareholder value. My leadership style is inclusive and I believe it is vital to clearly articulate business objectives and develop organisational capabilities to achieve business success and positive customer experiences. I have a personal interest in providing support for people undergoing treatment for blood cancer. I am a Non-Executive Director of the Arrow Bone Marrow Transplant Foundation and am passionate about providing assistance to patients and their families.
