- Receive, triage, and respond to first call incidents via email, phone and other communication channels (Jira/Slack).- Capture customer incidents with appropriate detail through Clients internal ticket management system, handling appropriate escalations through defined workflows and communication channels.- Build out & troubleshoot hardware for the Reliant platform using linux, puppet, iptables, and bash scripting.- Update, add, and change IP configurations and Firewall Rule Policies for Clients within linux OS machines and RPM (Reliant Platform Manager)- Troubleshooting client payment services and PEDs (such as Verifone, Ingenico, Exquinox); mainly through ACI eSocket, Fiserv, and Verifone AJB Fipay- Respond to ticket/issue escalations from our Tier I Support Team, Daily Ticket Reviews for the Reliant Platform Support Queue resolving any SLA breaches/outstanding issues- Create troubleshooting documentation on various topics (general, payment, firewall) for internal use by the Support Team.

I was part of the eight person team which serves as Digital Ocean's Datacenter Engineer and Operation Associate group. We were tasked with building and maintaining the robust storage area networks for the world's second largest web facing cloud service provider catering to 14 different datacenters around the world that service 230 countries worldwide. We were tasked with enterprise systems design, deployment, maintenance, support, and scaling. Specifically this includes:- The design, deployment, and configuration of servers, routers, firewalls and various switches.- Collection and documentation of IT related data, monitoring/alert system deployment- Troubleshooting connectivity, RAID issues, and hardware issue
