Fiber & Wet-End Scientist
Current• Conduct product evaluations based on need or marketing and sales effort • Assist in resolution of problems and/or support and development of product management, sales, technical marketing, and manufacturing. • Assist in product formulation, wet chemistry, various analysis techniques, bench scale simulated application testing.• Handle polymerization techniques • Maintain excellent lab notebooks and confidential data as computer files. • Analyze data produced from experiments with appropriate software. • Write extensive reports after completing analysis • Plan and managed projects while regularly delivering status/progress updates in both written and verbal form to R&D and product management on a routine basis.• Give conclusions and recommendations that are clear and concise.• Train and develop new employees
