July 2013 – September 2013Working as an installation Electrician via agencies including prestigious government funded projects in southeast London.September 2014 –February 2014Worked as an installation electrician for Connect ES as part of the team working on the Shangri La Hotel based in the Shard. My duties included carrying out all aspects of the containment for the various systems including Tray, Trunking, Conduit, etc and then installing the relevant circuits through the containment. I also spent a number of weeks carrying out the testing and inspecting on various parts of the hotel and recording my findings.February 2014 - June 2015 Working for MEB electrical who are contracted via Technifire Solutions to install the fire alarm systems throughout the entire Shard building. Overseeing others whilst wiring, second fixing, commissioning and testing of completes fire alarm systems.Also carrying out repairs and alterations as required.November 2014 - PresentWorking for Gretton Ward Electrical ltd on various NHS based contracts within the SLAM Trust. I Have been overseeing refurbishment works to a pharmacy building and installing Quantec nurse call systems and Ascom systems into a ward within Bethelem Royal Hospital. More recently I have been installing dedicated supplies for a new UPS project that is designed to upgrade the current system.

Oversee and manage any extra paid work Supervising a multi skilled team of 3 permanent tradesmen with extra staff brought in during busy periods, It was my job to provide guidance and technical support Ensuring smooth running of the heating controls via the Trend 963 program and offering guidance and technical support to onsite staff as to any repairs necessary Arranging and Managing various subcontractors including: BMS Controls Air Conditioning Water Treatment Boiler Servicing Emergency light testing Liaising with the FM Building manager including monthly meetings and weekly update meetings. It was my duty to produce KPI's and ensure that they are met I generated Monthly reports for the FM team indicating staffing levels, which contractors had been to site for planned maintenance and any contractors who visited site for breakdowns.
