I consider myself very lucky in life. I have a wonderful family at home and have had the opportunity to work for three great car dealerships since I moved to Arizona in 2011. The five years I spent with Certified Benz & Beemer gave me multiple opportunities to learn and grow with a family owned dealership. The owners continued to give me new challenges in addition to selling some of the best inventory in the country, to running their social media, going on to the desk as a sales manager to finance and finally before I left getting to spend almost every day working with one of the great minds in the used car business while assisting him with implementing a new website, advertising, hiring, along with helping to open a new location. When I came to Wheel In Motion I was brought in to help with advertising, pricing, and new program implementations. That grew into being given the opportunity to bring in new flooring options, new inventory, and pricing methods along with assuming the day to day operations over the store. We grew from a 45 cars store with no flooring and very little finance option to over 3.5 million in inventory and becoming one of the up and coming used car dealerships in Arizona. I can honestly say that one of the best things that has happened to me in my life is adversity. Finding ways to succeed when others say you can not only happens by either dumb luck or by taking every opportunity you're presented with and learning how to overcome and succeed. That does not happen alone it takes years of being surrounded by the right people and being strong enough to speak up when you have an idea and humble enough to listen when you do not.
