Chris is Partner and Head of Fintech Practice Group at Mitchell Sandler. He focuses on providing regulatory counseling, strategic advice and representation during government enforcement matters, including matters involving commercial, consumer and alternative credit products; money transmission and payments; deposit issues; and partnerships between fintech companies, depository institutions, and lenders. His clients include a wide variety of fintechs at various stages of growth from small start-ups to publicly-traded corporations, as well as banks and national and regional lenders. Prior to entering the law, Chris had a decadelong career in retail banking and lending.
