• Manage 23 southwest region sites comprised of ~1800 employees and totaling 270,000 sqft; also accountable for managing site leases valued in excess of $3.8 million annually. Also provide ancillary back-up support for other facility managers around the country.• Determine and maintain a $100K real estate maintenance budget for the Oklahoma City location.• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Tenant Services Coordinators and other staff.• Develop and implement operating procedures for field sites involving the property managers/landlord.• Create and coordinate capital improvements (building expansion construction, major electrical upgrades, and HVAC unit change outs).• Analyze and maintain critical systems for various managed sites (Smart room HVAC, redundant UPS, and whole building generators). • Responsible for the OKC site security staff for six years including managing a 24/7 security staff.• Create and submit purchase orders and personnel changes for responsible sites leveraging Ariba and PeopleSoft applications.• Served as project manager for four site consolidations and two office closures. • Coordinated the construction of the expansion of the building from 67,000 sqft to 100,000 sqft.• Exceeded safety standards for the Oklahoma City office from 2009 to 2015. Also, identified more than $5,000 in cost savings for services billed that were property managed expenses.

Oklahoma County Jail

Responsible for the integrity and security in the jail including running doors and elevators. Other duties include reception at the front desk and mail room tasks.

Edmond, Ok

Responsible for up to thirty-two cashiers. Duties included daily schedules and handling customers and employee relations. The position was also required to handle and maintain large amounts of amounts of money each day. Also answered incoming calls and assisted customers.
