Entailing of Kitchens, Bathrooms, Re-roofing, Doors and Windows. My duties include the on-going inspection of the standard of workmanship provided my the contractor completing the works, dealing with all mannor of technical and design issues that may occur and liaising with tenants, contractors and my own managers.
