I got 4 year Apprenticeship under Bird machine Mining Equipment i have obtained a Red Seal Trade Test under Fitting and Turning.Experience:.operating Lathe machine.operating Milling machine. Machining various heavy duty compinents such as Bearing Block, Top Pins, wheel Hub, Key slots and Key way including internal and external threading.Fitting: Assembling bearing blocks, stone duster Fan and impeller, clutch service, axle servive and maintenance or hydraulic cylinders, fitting hydralic pipes on the engine reading the circuit given and following the given drawingI have Certificate in operating a 5Ton Overhead Crane including a Forklift.

i was an apprentice from 2019 and qualified 2022 was appointed as fitter and and turner duties:Power tools execution: Lathe, milling machine, pedestal drilling & power saw. Hand tools execution: Marking off, drilling & tapping, measuring with tapes, calipers & verniers, using spanner & wrenches. Heavy duty operations: Overhead Crane (5 ton) and Fork Lift (3 ton)Manufacturing of various components and reading given drawing on the lathe and milling machine such as pins, bushes, hitches and cutting varying threads.Maintenance and assembly of trackless mining equipment’s by fitting engines, hydraulic pipes, pumps and valves• Stripping and reassembly of axle, fan impellers, cylinders, read hydraulic schematic per drawing and determine the valves and set pressures.
