Responsible for 5 Direct Reports and 30 Supply Chain and Transportation Union Personnel. Successfully synchronized personnel at 4 different sites to fulfill various production needs. These personnel were responsible for Picking parts, stowing parts and material yields. While in this role we increased overall Picks, stowed parts, and material yields by over 10 percent per employee.

Led a shift of approximately 250-550 Amazon Associates at SDF8 Facility running entire Outbound Operations during a given shift. Managed a team of Area Managers for Outbound departments including Pick, Pack (Multi and Single Orders) and Ship Dock Operations running daily volumes of approximately 125,000 up to 225,000 in total customer volume for a given shift. Additionally, ran Transship Operations for an average daily volume of approximately 50,000 to 100,000.

Training Support Division Chief for Vice President of Logistics responsible for all sustainment and logistics estimates, plans, coordination and execution of ROTC Cadet Summer Training (CST) that consists of more than 15,000 personnel executing hundreds of training/sustainment events daily throughout Ft. Knox over four months. Provide mission analysis of proposed training schedules, personnel flow, facility construction and resource requirements to develop support units and ensure we could support the commanders training vision while maintaining fiscal restraint. Provide daily guidance and leadership to a staff of 16 personnel establishing priorities of work to unify effort and establish policies to reduce waste and increase accountability of government resources. Led a staff of 784 personnel in the planning and execution of logistics operations in support of the US Army's largest training event; consisting of more than 15,700 trainees. Accountable for a $19.9M supply and services budget, $1.84M rental vehicle fleet, and coordinated for the execution of $12.4M service contracts (food service, laundry, fuel and portable latrine and showers). Hand selected by the Vice President of Logistics to plan and execute logistics operations in support of the largest training exercise conducted by the US Army.

Served as the Regional Chief Operations Officer in support of 38 Senior Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) businesses staffed by more than 250 Managers and support staff who educate more than 2,500 students. Ranked in the top 10% of Officers in the Brigade

Responsible for integration and synchronization of logistics current operations in the Army's support to all of South and Central Americas. Assist the Vice President of Logistics and four Division Chiefs in managing the directorates policies, programs, systems and procedures for sustainment operations, transportation, plans and operations. Ensures uninterrupted logistics support to operational and planning requirements. Monitors logistics status reports, unit readiness reports, prepares and facilitates bi weekly Operations and Administration Briefs chaired by the VP. Monitors current operations, administrative command; monitors maintenance operations status; produces situation reports and logistics status reports. Sets priorities, and provides staff oversight of critical materials. Supervises and coordinates with all Division Chiefs and Branch Chiefs within Logistics Directorate.

Petroleum and Water Purification Branch Chief assigned to US Army South responsible for support throughout Central and South Americas. Reviews requirements and conducts all operational planning in support of these commodities for training exercises and units operating in this region. - Received comment from supervisor that I was the best Field Grade Officer he has worked with in his 29 year Army Career.- While in Guantanamo Bay Cuba on a tasking, personally found over $1M of missing equipment resulting in cost avoidance for the US Government.- Provided over 100K Gallons of fuel in support of exercises and operations in Central and South Americas.

Served as the Regional Supply Chain Officer in support Infantry Brigade Combat Team staffed by more than 4,500 personnel and 107,000 pieces of equipment.• Facilitated the deactivation of this unit by coordinating the turn in of all equipment and transfer of personnel to other units. • Wrote the “blueprint”/plan for deactivating units for all Army units in the European footprint.• Received the Meritorious Service Medal and accolades from a General Officers and more senior Officer’s on how well this particularly difficult mission was handled in record time.

Assigned to 3-4 Infantry Battalion as a Stability Transition Team Chief who advised, trained and assisted the Afghan National Army.- Commanded over 150 NATO / Coalition advisors.- Advised two separate Afghan Brigade Commanders in the training of over 10,000 Afghan Soldiers and Non Commissioned Officers on a daily basis.- Led the decisive operation in developing over 147 Afghan Master Trainers who in turn trained over 19,000 Afghan troops during his tenure.

Served as a Senior Supply Chain Analyst assigned to US Army Central Command in Atlanta, GA and its forward command post in Kuwait.- Sourced and procured over 200 difficult to obtain items which increased the operational readiness rate 28 units.- Used strategic planning skills to develop critical logistics plans supporting the drawdown of forces in Iraq.- Procured critical equipment scanners to test Soldiers bullet proof armor for defects and coordinated shipment into Iraq, Afghanistan, Kyrgistan and Kuwait which saved countless personnel's lives.
