Working in tandem with the Vice Dean and academic directors, I played a crucial role in designing the strategic direction of the MBA suite of programmes.• Responsible for designing the strategy, managing the curriculum, and all operational planning of 5 MBA programmes. Working with faculty and world leading academics to ensure they are able to deliver state-of-the-art programme content to maintain the global status of the Imperial MBA.• Managed senior internal and external stakeholders to uphold all quality assurance procedures for the suite of complex MBA programmes in line with current regulation.• Led a programme team of 11 who are the first line of support to over 600 students for any student experience issues, including welfare and pastoral care.• Designed and executed a robust ranking strategy for MBA programmes by collaborating closely with the Careers, Alumni, Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions teams. • Led and authored final reports for the Finance Task Force on the MaCuDe project, a collaboration with Stevens Institute of Technology, utilising a global network of university deans and industry leaders to identify essential digital skills for MBA and MSc students entering the finance and technology sectors.• Developed international partnerships with business schools and industry to deliver global modules.• Implemented digital innovations in both face-to-face and online formats.
