Current client roles:Design Manager – Diona Mott MacDonald, Urban Utilities Urban Utilities provide water and wastewater distribution infrastructure and wastewater treatment services within Brisbane, Ipswich, Lockyer Valley, Scenic Rim and Somerset local authority areas. Diona and Mott MacDonald deliver services to UU on the Water North Zones Program providing Design and Construct works in a program based delivery approach.A key management role in developing a multidisciplinary team for the delivery complex trunk main, reservoir & pumping stations. Key responsibilities include; resourcing and recruitment to meet the workload demand of the panel over the next 3-6 year, business improvement of both technical and project controls outputs, client facing representative for the design team at program management level, developing a collaborative culture between both organisations and the client, working with the Diona construction teams to ensure program outcomes, training and development of staff, driving project commercial, program & quality performance to achieve KPI’s measures across the program.
