Chris Neubauer is a highly accomplished Senior Executive with more than 25 years of success in the cybersecurity, government contracting, IT, professional services industries. Leveraging extensive experience demonstrating that he can work cross-functionally, Chris has significant experience with litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and EU, International Experience. His key areas of expertise include corporate growth, compliance, negotiations, contracts, and cybersecurity.He is Senior Vice President at MCR Federal, LLC, where he works with the CFO to monitor rates, cash flow management, labor utilization, international compensation complexities, monitoring bank covenants, and legal support of the corporate credit facility. He has oversight of global business operations including cybersecurity, information technology, security, and leased asset management.He is also responsible for corporate retirement plan management, corporate entity structure, legal, and insurance matters. In addition, he is part of the executive integration team on mergers and acquisitions. He is the Executive in charge of all international corporate operations including entities in the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands. He is responsible for negotiable and management of entire lease portfolio in over 10 states and locations. Prior to that, Chris was Sr. Director, Corporate Operations of MCR, LLC. He was instrumental in growing company revenue from $25M to $150M with greater than 11% margins through organic and acquisition growth. He functions as CAO, CIO, General Counsel, and CECO for the holding company and all subsidiaries. Chris was an early adopter of cybersecurity best practices. In his past position as Senior Director for MCR, he was a member of the executive management team that determined a future strategy for the company as well as fiduciary for corporate 401K and profit sharing plan and was chief liaison between MCR and the former public parent company.
