I am a current research assistant to Prof Cathleen Powell at the University of Cape Town. BA, LLB, LLM (distinction) graduate from the University of Cape Town in South Africa, looking for a position as a candidate attorney or legal researcher. I have recently been awarded a scholarship to the Yenchen Academy of Peking University (Beijing) starting in September 2022. My academic focus has been on international law and labour law regulation. Furthermore, my interest is currently China and the fourth industrial revolution - broadly speaking, the impacts of AI on labour trends. I have also started learning Mandarin.A hard worker with a focused mind, I look forward to learning on the job and utilising and developing the tools that my degrees have given me. Social yet serious, I am independent and motivated by challenging conditions. I look forward to gaining more experience and the challenges that a new workplace will bring.
